you receive a brief request when requesting a quote for your product photography. photography is very subjective, so it's essential to have clear communication with our clients before and during the process. before we start your shoot we will work with you a detailed brief of exactly what you want us to deliver.

once your booking is confirmed our we will ensuring that your products are photographed as per your brief. our photography studio has all the equipment and tools to ensure that you are completely happy with your product images.

we check your brief and send you a full quote. receive an email of our quote wherein you can accept or request changes.

we'll send your images. you view your proofs, accept and pay for them. once we’re done, the images will go into post-production for your convenience, we upload your proofs to a private online gallery. to ensure that you are entirely happy with your product photography, we give you 48 hours to review your proofs, accept your proofs or request additional changes. after accepting your proofs and paid your invoice we will upload high resolution and web-ready files to a private online gallery for you to view and download.

you now ship or drop off your products which must be securely packed to ensure they arrive with us safely. please send us your most pristine products. once your products arrive with us, you will confirm by e-mail.

if you require your products to be returned to you after your photography shoot is completed, we’ll carefully wrap up and return your products back to you in their original packaging by your chosen delivery method.
